Chew Your Food With Pride!
The science of chewing starts from the mouth. As human beings, we have neglected to chew our food. We literally swallow the food which detonates our digestive system. We chew and eat our food in the same way and speed as we DOOMSCROLL. (Keep reading, it is true!). The problem, therefore, is not the food but our chewing habits. Let me give a simple example. If you chew your food slowly, the saliva will mix with the food, providing the food with a sensational taste. If you chew your food quickly, the sensational taste is non-existent, and your body controls you. To EAT CONSCIOUSLY, think that you are not your body. You are not your mind. Suppose you are a Spirit with a body and not a body with a spirit. Your responsibility is limitless and chewing your food without consciousness makes you ill. Have no fear when you chew. If you are fearful, then you will chew fast. If you are fearless, you will chew slowly. When you chew, thank the Universal Spirit for the gift of food. The wounds we afflict ourselves in life are self-made; therefore, choose to be free of wounds that make you bondage to your past, future, and present. Be free in all accords. Be free to be you. Chew your food amicably. Watch Marcus, and he will teach you how:
