The executive coaching programs are tailored to fit your requirements and desired outcomes in the coaching process. Using a non-judgmental approach and proven coaching tools and frameworks, we follow a proven step-step process to accelerate your professional development and enhance your performance.
Stage One: Introductions and Commitment
Our approach: During this phase, we meet with you to determine if we are suited to each other and identify how coaching as an intervention may help. At this stage, we also seek a formal commitment to the coaching process, including the coaching boundaries, guidelines, and code of ethics. Stage one is done virtually via Zoom.
Benefit: Clients become comfortable with the coach, have non-judgmental coaching so they can freely open up about their issues, and finally have someone they can feel comfortable with.

Stage Two: Define Goals and Desired Outcomes from Coaching
Our approach: At this stage, we gather information about you and agree on a contract that stipulates clearly defined goals and the desired outcomes from the coaching intervention. Coaching may begin at this stage.
Benefit: Get crystal clear on your pain points and struggles, making it EASY for us to identify what needs to work on.

Stage Three: The Coaching Relationship
Our approach: The period of coaching is commensurate with the program or package desired. For example, a Bronze package has six sessions carried out monthly. The period between the meetings requires the coachee to apply in practice the agreed actions from the previous meeting. Accountability is crucial to the success of the coaching relationship. After each session, there’s a written summary and questionnaire outlining the coaching input, actions to implement or carry out, and feedback about the session.

Stage Four: Exit Phase and Follow up
Our approach: During the final session, we agree on an exit strategy that enables you to continue and sustain the new performance habits and skills. Your coach will offer support via email a month after the exit phase.
Benefit: Build long-lasting habits and problem-solving frameworks so you’ll never be stuck again in your career. Build a strong foundation, and maximize the new skills or behavior for optimal performance without thinking twice about it.
